Kære medlemmer i GF Søvang

Vi har i bestyrelsen et ønske om at forbedre vores muligheder for at kommunikere digitalt direkte til grundejerforeningens medlemmer, for bl.a. derved at kunne udsende vigtig information og relevante oplysninger mere målrettet end det foregår i dag, hvilket primært foregår via 2 kanaler, hhv. Facebook-gruppen Søvang som jo ikke kun indeholder grundejere fra Søvang, samt evt. opslag på Søvangs hjemmeside som ligeledes er offentlig tilgængelig.

For at understøtte dette formål arbejder vi på at tilsikre at vi har de seneste og mest korrekte oplysninger, og opfordrer derfor vores medlemmer af GF Søvang til at sende en mail til følgende af bestyrelsens mailadresser: “kommunikationsudvalg@sovang-dragor.dk” med oplysning om adresse samt foretrukken e-mail adresse man ønsker at benytte til digital kommunikation fra bestyrelsen.

Bestyrelsen skal også i den forbindelse henvise til grundejerforeningens persondatapolitik, som forefindes på Søvangs hjemmeside.

Dear members of landowner association GF Søvang

The board of GF Søvang has a desire to improve our ability to communicate digitally directly with the members of the landowner association, hereby enabling the possibility to submit important and relevant information more focused towards the members only, compared to how communication is happening today, primarily via two channels, i.e. either the Facebook group “Søvang” which holds more than 2K members of which many are not part of the landowner association Søvang, as well as by uploading information to the homepage “Søvang” which is a public accessible site.

To support this purpose, we are working on ensuring that we have the latest and greatest information available, and hereby encourage all members of the landowner association GF Søvang to submit a mail to the following mail-address: “kommunikationsudvalg@sovang-dragor.dk” informing the address as well as the email-address which you would like to be of primary use for communication from the board.

With respect to the personal data policy, the board would like to draw your attention to the homepage “Søvang” where this can be found for reference.
